What is BULKmetrix
BULKmetrix is a software package designed and developed by MatrixGroup that incorporates process management, task execution and business intelligence systems, tailored for the bulk handling industry.
It is an off the shelf product that is scalable to suit any site. Including mining operations, grain facilities and export terminals for all types of commodities.
BULKmetrix is a product in its sixth generation and contains functionality specifically designed to improve the efficiency and capability of plant processes.
BULKmetrix consists of proven machine control code, dynamic plant representation and comprehensive reporting packages, all within a server/client architecture running on industry standard hardware platforms.
Currently it is installed at 20 export terminals across Australia and Internationally, along with over 200 In-land country facilities.

Task Management System (TMS) - a dynamic plant management and control
tool, incorporating high level process planning, scheduling, task execution
and product tracking.
Bulk Movements Capture (BMC) - a consolidated web based application, managing
stock inventory and movement transactions.
Anti Collision System (ACS) - provides collision Protection to Machines and
Structures by producing 3D images of the site and equipment.
Stockpile Management System (SMS) - manages stockyard machine control
